Annemarie Kludka-Garza, M.S.

My work focuses on supporting those facing substance use issues, anxiety, trauma, and the complex emotions that often come with parenting. I have a deep commitment to helping individuals and families navigate life’s most challenging moments.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break – whether related to addiction, past trauma, or the stress of trying to parent while managing their own mental health. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move toward healing and meaningful change.

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies. I also integrate parenting support and psychoeducation to help caregivers break cycles, build stronger connections with their children, and model emotional resilience.

If you’re struggling with substance use, anxiety, unresolved trauma, or the weight of parenting stress, you don’t have to do it alone. Healing is possible – and I’m here to walk alongside you.
